Is This Your Trash
Flyers cataloguing trash that was found at the Meeting Street Steps in Providence, RI. Done in collaboration with Kian Motamed-Zaman.
This project was the result of a two-week mapping exercise where we performed a thorough analysis of the Meeting Street Steps and produced visualizations of the data that we collected. During this mapping process, we became drawn to the artifacts that people intentionally and unintentionally left behind. In particular, we observed that there was a vast amount of trash dispersed throughout the area. Thus in a humorous attempt to call attention to the issue, we designed flyers featuring some of the trash we found and hung them up all around Providence.
